Fiscal Responsibility
The Brain Injury Association of New Jersey is dedicated to sound fiscal responsibility. The majority of the funds received are designated to the programs and services we provide. The Association has a long and proud history of providing services to people with brain injuries, their families and the citizens of New Jersey. The Association has been at the forefront of identifying and addressing issues of significance to the brain injury community in New Jersey, and in raising awareness about the causes and consequences of brain injury.
In 1981, the Brain Injury Association of New Jersey was incorporated as a 501(C)(3) corporation, and since that time has been the only statewide organization solely dedicated to raising awareness about brain injury and providing services to those with brain injuries and their families.
We are proud to report that more than 83 percent of funds raised go directly to the programs and services we provide.
