Tracy Noble joined AAA in 2001 and currently serves as the Manager of Public and Government Affairs and spokesperson for AAA Mid-Atlantic’s service area covering more than 2 million members in New Jersey and Connecticut. A graduate of Rider University, Tracy spent the first few years of her career working for Colson Services Corporation, a financial services firm on Wall Street as a Business Development Liaison. Once joining AAA Mid-Atlantic, Tracy worked in the Travel Marketing Department, then transitioned into the E-Business Department and ultimately into the Public & Government Affairs Department where she works with multiple advocacy groups, police departments, citizen groups, state agencies, and law makers advocating for the safety of the motoring public in New Jersey.

Tracy is frequently quoted as a subject matter expert for local and national print outlets, as well as broadcast media on topics of traffic safety including, distracted, teen and impaired driving, and multi modal transportation. She has worked on a variety of public policy initiatives – ensuring that New Jersey invests in training our young drivers through standard curriculum, practice hours and parental involvement, strengthening the seatbelt law to include back seat passengers, bringing awareness to the issue of driving under the influence of prescription drugs and illegal substances, and the impact that proper education and planning can have on making roads and communities safer for all users.

She also has frequently commented on the future of transportation in our state, where autonomous vehicles and technology will impact our roadways, highlighting the potential these innovations have for making us safer and the dangers posed by technology in our vehicles.
Working to make roads safe for motorists and pedestrians alike, she works with various stakeholders to not just move people and goods, but to use transportation to strengthen communities. Tracy is an appointed member of the Highway Traffic Safety Policy Advisory Committee, the Driver Behavior Team Leader for the New Jersey Strategic Highway Safety Plan, a member of the New Jersey Teen Driver Safety Coalition, the New Jersey Driver Education Committee, the New Jersey Pedestrian Safety Coalition and the New Jersey Vision Zero Alliance to name a few.

Tracy resides in Bordentown New Jersey with her husband, Perry O’Brien. They enjoy traveling with their two Siberian Huskies, relaxing on our New Jersey beaches, spending time at their cabin upstate, biking, snowmobiling, riding ATV’s and various other outdoor activities.
