The road to recovery and community living can be a difficult part of the journey that many brain injury survivors face. In this webinar, participants will learn about the various levels of care within a brain injury residential program. We will review the steps an individual might take along the continuum, the assessment and treatment approaches, and the benefit of having an interdisciplinary team that can lead to successful outcomes. Case examples of individuals who have moved from the most restrictive setting along the continuum to the least restrictive setting will be used to illustrate the processes.

Objectives:

  • Review the levels and continuum of care in a residential setting
  • Discuss assessment and treatment approaches for individuals with brain injuries
  • Highlight success stories
